Attention Investors!!

As I listen to the various economic experts about the future of real estate in 2011, one thing has become glaringly obvious.  The number of foreclosures is not going to go down.  At best, foreclosures and short sales will remain the same as it was in 2010.  But, many experts are pointing to the fact that the number of foreclosures and short sales will continue to increase.  And for some unknown reason, Virginia has made it worse by decreasing the time it takes to foreclose to just 14 days.

There are also new rules about negotiating short sales in Maryland.  Apparently, Maryland Department of Labor, Licensing, and Regulation has developed rules that impact everyone who intents to pick up the phone and call a lender to negotiate a short sale.  These rules apply not only to investors, but also to Realtors®, and attorneys in Maryland.  In fact, the list of violators being maintained by DLLR right now almost exclusively consists of attorneys and Realtors®.  Luckily for you, I have learned how to negotiate these waters.  Let me help you profit from this historic and HUGE segment of the real estate market.

As an investor in the DC, Maryland, and Virginia region, I make it a point to be up to date with the latest information available on foreclosures.  If you are interested in learning more about these opportunities, click on contact me, send me an email and I will reply as soon as I can!
